Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VariantBridge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VariantBridge is a SaaS tool that allows Shopify store operators to create operational links between two separate Shopify stores (a storefront store and a checkout store), enabling variant mapping between the two stores.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Account creation is subject to admin approval — access is not guaranteed
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VariantBridge only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to process fraudulent transactions or deceive consumers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our infrastructure
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service beyond its intended use

5. Shopify Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of VariantBridge complies with Shopify's Terms of Service and Partner Program Agreement. VariantBridge provides a technical tool — we make no representations or warranties regarding Shopify's policies or how Shopify may interpret your store operations. You assume full responsibility for your Shopify account standing.

6. Subscription and Payment

• VariantBridge is offered on a monthly subscription basis
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly cycle
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
• We detect fraudulent or abusive use of the platform
• We are required to do so by law

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and features of VariantBridge are the exclusive property of VariantBridge and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform.

Your variant mapping data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the data you create within the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VariantBridge shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Shopify account suspensions, bans, or policy actions taken against your stores
• Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users by email at least 15 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
